Order Processing Steps & Key Notifications

How the Custom Printed Promotional Products Process Works

To ensure fast and accurate service, please provide the following details when placing your order:

  1. Product Information – Specify the product name and SKU number (found at the bottom of the product description).
  2. Order Specifications – Indicate the product color and order quantity required.
  3. Artwork Submission – Supply your logo or artwork in vector format for precise printing.
  4. Colour Matching – Provide the PMS (Pantone Solid Coated) color number for your logo. If you’re unsure, we can send a PMS color chart or link for reference. [What is PMS Color?]
  5. Company & Delivery Details – Include your company name, contact details, and delivery address.
  6. Deadline Requirements – If you need the order delivered by a specific date, please inform us in advance to ensure timely production and shipping.

Order Processing Steps

  1. Quotation Issued – A formal quotation will be provided based on your request.
  2. Artwork Submission – Please supply your artwork in vector format to ensure optimal print quality.
  3. Artwork Proof & Invoice – A digital proof (mock-up) and invoice will be sent within 24 hours for your approval.
  4. Artwork Approval – Production will only commence after your formal approval of the artwork proof.
  5. Payment Processing – The order will proceed once full payment has been received.
  6. Approval Confirmation & Dispatch Schedule – Within 3 hours of payment, we will confirm approval and provide an estimated dispatch date.
  7. Production Commences – Lead times vary depending on branding requirements. You may check the current production lead times for custom-printed promotional products.
  8. Dispatch Notification – Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details.

If you do not receive notifications for Steps 3, 6, or 8, please notify us immediately so we can address any potential issues promptly.
